STEP 1: WHEN AND WHERE IS YOUR EVENT?
The first step in planning a successful party bus trip is to determine the times and locations of your event. Ask yourself these simple questions to create the scope of service.

Timing: At what time do we need to be picked up in the party bus, in order to have enough time for road travel to the event location comfortably? Consider possible freeway traffic, friends who may arrive late and the event start time. Always give yourself a 20 to 30 minute buffer for traffic, as buses travel slower than cars, and Google maps doesn’t factor that in to their algorithm.

Pick Up Location: Where is the best place for your group to be picked up? Will there be ample parking for all attendees? Are there after-hours parking restrictions? If guests will be drinking, will they have easy Uber/Lyft access back home after the bus drops off?

Bus Access Restrictions: Is the pick up location on flat ground for safe passenger loading and unloading? Is there enough space for the vehicle to turn around? STEP 4: HOW TO RESERVE YOUR PARTY BUS

Congratulations! This is the easy part. Visit calipartybus.com/sanfrancisco and fill out a Rate Request Form. On this simple form, you will list the information you collected in steps 1, 2 and 3, such as your event date and time, pick up address, destination city, itinerary and group size. When you submit your form, you will quickly receive a customized price quote for your trip via email from our sales team.

When you receive your email quote, and everything looks good, it’s time to lock it in. The confirmation steps include a financial deposit and signed rental agreement.

Place Deposit: A $250 refundable security hold is required to lock in the bus reservation. You will pay the full amount at the time of pick up. As long as there are no damages, incidentals or cancellations, the $250 hold is released back to the card the following business day after your trip is completed. This practice is similar to the credit card hold that occurs when you rent a car or check into a hotel.

Sign Rental Agreement: Be sure to read the fine print, as it will outline the terms and conditions of travel as well as any potential fees for damages or overtime.
