The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is reported to be contagious. People reportedly can be infected and show no symptoms and therefore spread the disease. The exact methods of spread and contraction are unknown, and there is no known treatment, cure, or vaccine for COVID-19. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life threatening illness and even death.Company cannot prevent you, members of your party, [or your child(ren)] from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while utilizing company’s services or premises. It is not possible to prevent against the presence of the disease. Therefore, if you choose to utilize company’s services and/or enter onto company’s premises you may be exposing yourself to and/or increasing your risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19.ASSUMPTION OF RISK.– I have read and understood the above warning concerning COVID-19. I hereby choose to accept the risk of contracting COVID-19 for myself and on behalf of all party members, in order to utilize [company]’s services and enter [company]’s premises. Cancellation outside 14 days of reservation date incurs no fees and your $250 security hold is released.
Cancellation inside 14 days of reservation date will incur a $250 deposit loss.
One date change per reservation is permitted without penalty.
If no date is selected the cancellation fee will remain as a standing credit for use inside 12 months.
The original $250 hold is captured and applied as a credit towards the new reservation. An additional and separate $250 authorization hold is required for the new booking.
If trip is canceled or date is changed a second time, the original $250 hold is forfeited and cancellation policy terms apply. (see above)
